The Leadership Institute is for Arab Israelis, aged 18-21.
This year-long programme helps to prepare participants for academic success, employment, and active community involvement. It helps participants build a successful and meaningful life— both individually and with a broader positive impact on the society in which they live.
The Leadership Institute provides:
The Institute operates five days a week. It provides a range of enriching activities, such as extracurricular workshops, tours and seminars.
Additionally, participants are trained and then play a key role as Young Leaders within the Award, supporting Award participants work on gaining their own Award.
Leadership Institute participants undertake their Gold Award within the year.
