The International Award for Young People - Israel

Personal Excellence and Leadership Development

The International Award for Young People – Israel (The Award in Israel) has been operating in Israel since 1987. It is part of The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award.

Through the programme, each young person becomes part of something special while developing their individual interests, universal skills and life ambitions.

Our goal is to contribute to the resilience of society and collective responsibility in Israel by leading motivated young people and helping them strive for personal excellence. We place a strong emphasis on instilling values of perseverance, responsibility and self-fulfilment as well as encouraging a commitment to volunteer.
